1 - GSIN (German Securities Identification Number):
6-character code explicitly identifying a security. It facilitates stock trade in Germany.

2 - ISIN (International Securities Identification Number): 10-character international code used to identify securities. It begins with a country code that indicates where the company is domiciled (DE = Germany - Deutschland).

3 - Consortium Bank: Consortium banks assist issuers in issuing securities. Jointly with the issuers they are liable for statements made in the issuing prospectus.

4 - Share Capital: The equity capital specified in a stock corporation’s articles of association and consisting of the sum total of the par values of the corporation’s equity stock. The articles will also specify the number of shares into which the equity capital is divided. The amount of equity capital can only be reduced or increased by an amendment to the articles of association.

5 - Stock Split: Splitting of a share into two or more partitions. Above all it serves as an optical price reduction and therefore an increased trading of the share. The share each investor is holding in the company remains unchanged after the split. The capital is just being distributed over more shares than before.
