GFT and business partners present tried and tested solutions at the DMS Expo (Hall 2, Stand 2302)
Hamburg, 22nd August 2005 – GFT Solutions, provider of innovative solutions for document process management, will present the entire spectrum of its enterprise content management portfolio at the DMS Expo. New, integrated solutions for the automation of business processes within companies will form the focus at its exhibition stand in Hall 2, Stand 2302. Together with six business partners, GFT presents innovative new solutions.

Among other things, GFT will show the latest developments in its product suite for the optimisation of business processes that allow the integration of all applications necessary for a company’s operations. With GFT inspire 6.4., the new product version within the BPM suite, GFT provides important new functionality that allows trouble-free integration of the BPM platform GFT inspire with ECM solutions from other suppliers. The use of GFT inspire means that customers can administrate all information within a company and hence substantially accelerate their business processes. And in addition, classical demands for greater efficiency, productivity and transparency in the examination of invoices, for reduced IT costs in replacing old systems and data archiving as well as for the reduction of compliance risks can easily be met.

In addition to its proven capturing, workflow and archiving solutions, the MBI Software Company from Bielefeld will be presenting new, tried and tested solutions for business process optimisation incorporating GFT inspire in the commercial foodstuffs sector.
The VRG Group Vereinigte Rechenzentren takes care of the subject of efficient IT solutions for Social Services organisations. Based on GFT hyparchiv, they will present documentation management for facilities that provide care and support for disabled persons. This special arrangement is superbly supported by GFT’s business process management solutions.
GFT presents a new package solution with its partner insiders Wissensbasierte Systeme, a company that specialises in the automated indexing and processing of knowledge in business processes: with its help, companies can rapidly and productively collate relevant information from networks, emails, the Internet, Intranet applications and document archives, independent of the respective national language.
In addition, together with our business partners AIDOS Software, FLS Fuzzy Logistik Systeme and IBM Deutschland, GFT presents the solution “Decision on demand“. This is an automated system that helps a company to make the right decision in its complex decision-making processes. This tool can successfully be used for e.g. checking ability to pay, for analysis and evaluation throughout all phases of customer management, for allocation of financing or for simulation of price developments or risk assessments.
As judged by the professional participants at the ECM Congress 2005, GFT Solutions was first past the post. With an almost perfect score of 1.8, the company was clearly ahead of the competition. GFT has resolved to also achieve such a positive resonance at the DMS Expo.
